Shipping

We currently offer shipping to all locations within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping outside of the U.S.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please start by checking your order tracking details. If your tracking shows irregularities or no updates, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customersupport@wenkil.com. Include your name, order number, and correct address. We’ll make every effort to correct it before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We do not offer a pickup option at this time. All orders are delivered directly to your doorstep for convenience and safety.

All orders are shipped through UPS or trusted carrier partners. Deliveries are made directly to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your region, delivery availability, and local scheduling.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we accept returns under our 30-Day Return Policy. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our business hours.

Refunds take typically 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
