Shipping

We offer shipping to all locations within the United States.

At this time, we do not provide international shipping outside of the USA.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and you haven’t received any updates, please start by checking your order tracking. If the tracking information shows any issues, reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

As soon as your order dispatches from our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status and location of your shipment.

If you spot an error in your shipping address, please email us asap within 24 hours at customersupport@wenkil.com, including your name and order number. We’ll do our best to correct the address before your package is dispatched. Once the order has left our warehouse, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll make every effort to help.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pickup option from our warehouse at this time.

We ship with UPS freight, directly to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we accept returns in accordance with our 30 Day Return Policy. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10–12 business days, depending on your card issuer’s processing times. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
