At Wenkil, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and services, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy — ensuring that you can shop with confidence knowing we are here to assist if something doesn’t meet your expectations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund, where applicable. The detailed policy terms are outlined below.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
Please note: All sale or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This condition is also clearly noted on applicable product pages for full transparency.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN
- Return eligibility varies by product type (see exclusions below).
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return and request a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days, provided that the product is in new, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email customersupport@wenkil.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label if applicable. Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items where Wenkil covers the return shipping costs. For standard returns, customers will receive a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs for these returns are the customer’s responsibility. Our team strives to respond within 24 hours during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
Once your RMA and instructions have been issued:
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Attach the return shipping label (if provided) securely to the outer box.
- Drop off the package at a designated carrier location or follow pickup instructions if arranged.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization or an RMA number will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, Wenkil will cover the return shipping costs.
- For standard returns, such as change-of-mind or preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
For refund inquiries, please email customersupport@wenkil.com. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a refund via bank transfer. Refunds cannot be processed through CashApp, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar platforms.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
RESTOCKING FEES
Wenkil does not charge any restocking fees on returned products.
EXCEPTIONS
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can arrange a prompt replacement or refund. We are committed to resolving such cases quickly and efficiently.
SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once processed.
DELIVERIES TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Orders delivered to the address entered at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled.
