P.O. Boxes: Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not supported at this time.

Updating Shipping Information
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours. Once the order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. For cancellation assistance, please email customersupport@wenkil.com.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the package and contacting our support team immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact us with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within 4–7 business days of shipment, please contact our support team. We will work with UPS or the assigned carrier to investigate the issue. If the shipment is confirmed lost and the shipping address was correctly provided, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
Please note: If an incorrect address was provided during checkout and the package was delivered accordingly, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
